Online Project Management Tool
A building contractor won a NHS contract to carry out maintenance and building projects at various sites. We developed a web application that allowed the building contractor, the architect, the client and other authorised personnel to access a secure area of the web site to create, update and maintain the status of the projects. Each project lists all the relevant project information, project timescales, costs, etc as well as contact information for all sub contractors. The architect and client are able to login and view only their projects; they are able to update a "diary entry" of notes concerning that project.

A recruitment agent wanted a website which would enable them to upload vacancies and for potential recruits to apply for jobs. Applicants can either apply for a specific job or register their profile for future job matching, which are then automatically emailed to them; applicants can also upload their CV, a picture and copies of certificates.
