Email Accounts

Our email systems have many time saving and easy-to-use features including web based email services which come FREE with our POP3 email accounts. You'll need a domain name before you can have email accounts so we can either set up your email accounts using an existing domain name or set up emails using a new domain name that we'll register on your behalf.

Request email accounts

To request email account set up, please complete the form below and we'll contact you. We'll ask you what email addresses and passwords you'd ike and we'll set them up for you.

Setting up email accounts requires aprompt to set up the accounts first and we will advise you when to set up the email accounts on your computer - whether in Outlook/Outlook Express or the Mac equivalent. All email services are managed by us so all you need to do is tell us what email addresses you'd like and we'll set them up for you - Easy!

FREE Email Accounts

POP3 email accounts are FREE with all our hosting packages. So the price depends on which hosting package you choose. Below is s summary of the hosting packages available but for more infoamtion on the hostingpackages, please see Hosting. 

POP3 Email Accounts

POP3 email accounts are email addresses that can be set up on different PC's or Macs, for example; enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk is one POP3 email account and support@yourdomain.co.uk is another POP3 email account. By being separate POP3 email accounts you can set up one POP3 account on one PC or Mac and the other POP3 email account on another PC or Mac. This way each PC or Mac just receives their email and not anybody else's.

Web Mail (or Site Mail)

With web mail you can check or compose your e-mail from any web browser, no matter whose computer you are using (just like Hotmail) - this means you can check your email anywhere and anytime from any Internet connected computer. 

SPAM filtering

Removes unsolicited e-mails. You can control the sensitivity of the filtering used, and decide what action should be taken when Spam e-mail arrives. This is a very popular added service for our customers.

Email forwarders

You can have unlimited email forwarders. Email forwarding allows you to have multiple email addresses which will select and forward your email messages to specified other email address.

Auto Responders

You can have auto responders set on any email accounts. An auto responder will send a automatic response to the sender of emails received in your inbox.
