We don't believe in charging monthly 'support fees'  because we don't think it's fair to charge customers to contact us or to charge for answering a question. So we provide several support solutions to help our customers online.

Step 3: If you can't find a solution to your support question in either our FAQ section or our Useful Guides section please fill out our support request form, which will be answered by our support department within 24-48 hours.
